The Weight Loss Solution: 3 Shifts Midlife Women Need to Make to Overcome Emotional Eating and Yo-Yo Dieting
(So that they can lose weight, stop obsessing over food, and start enjoying life again!)
During this video, I'm going to share:
  • Why you always sabotage yourself when it comes to weight loss and how you can stop, even if you’ve been trying for weeks, months, or years
  • Why you eat when you’re not hungry, eat too much food, or you're "good all day" but then can't stop eating at night
  • What to do when life feels hard instead of turning to food
  • How your “dieter’s mindset” makes weight loss harder and take longer than it has to, and how you can lose weight without ever have to restrict or deprive yourself of the foods you love
  • Why most people gain the weight back and the ONLY way you can prevent this from happening to YOU so you can feel confident, sexy, and free in your body for the rest of your life

Meet Your Host
Lisa Goldberg is a nutritionist and weight-loss coach with a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. She is an author, Certified Weight Loss Expert, a Certified Dietician/Nutritionist licensed by New York State, and certified in Adult Weight Management by the American Dietetic Association, and has been coaching clients since 2001.

Unlike other nutritionists and weight loss coaches, Lisa focuses on more than just changing the food that you eat. My approach to weight loss focuses on changing the habits and behaviors that caused you to gain the weight in the first place. She teaches her clients how to break their old patterns around food and eating so that they can end their struggle with emotional eating that leads to yo-yo dieting. Lisa’s clients create sustainable lifestyle changes that empower them to change their relationship with food and lose unwanted weight for good.
It’s never to late to feel good about ourselves, to feel good in our bodies, to feel good about how we look, and to feel confident in ourselves once again!
