While there is still individual support, it’s less personalized than 1:1 coaching. This option is great if you want guidance and accountability, along with the encouragement of being alongside other women on a similar journey.
Yes. The group program includes one private 1:1 coaching call where we can focus on your specific challenges and goals.
You’ll also have ongoing support inside the private Facebook group, where you can ask questions, share wins, and receive guidance. While it’s not as in-depth as 1:1 coaching, you’re still supported every step of the way.
The group program provides general nutrition guidance rather than a fully customized plan. You’ll learn how to apply the principles to your own life, with support along the way. If you’re looking for a step-by-step plan tailored specifically to you, 1:1 coaching would be the better fit.
